Oh you guys, I’ve been eating some seriously amazing food lately.
It all started Thursday with a Taste of Mardi Gras. I enjoyed some authentic southern cuisine including a Love Potion cocktail & for dessert, Basin St Pudding with Bourbon Laced Caramel Sauce.
I made Hummusapien’s amazing Vegan Chocolate Banana Muffins! They turned out so well and were so easy to make – seriously, throw everything in the food processor.
