I’m not going to lie, but I made a great breakfast today. Scratch that, I made it last night and I ate it today.
It all started with me experimenting with a smoothie recipe. I just bought myself a new blender and I wanted to try it out since I’ve never really used one to make smoothies before. I used some fresh strawberries, a lot of spinach, and some frozen blueberries. I also added some hemp hearts and lemon water (to help thin it out). The result was amazing! It’s not overly sweet, which was great for the morning.
I also made Oh She Glows’ vegan overnight oats (minus the banana) and they were amazing! I’ve tried making them before but I always skipped the chia seeds. They turned out so filling and thick. The most perfect way to start my morning!
