I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! I’m dropping by briefly to introduce you to my new project: River City Cookery.
My business partner Elisabeth and I started this project with the goal to help people become more confident and knowledgable in the kitchen.
Have you ever bought [insert ingredient here] with the intention of making [insert recipe here]? Only now that you’ve made your recipe you have no idea what to do with the remainder of the ingredients? It’s annoying right? (and also how I’ve had a jar of mung beans in my cabinet for 4 years)
We got annoyed with the cycle of wasting money and wasting food and figured lots of people feel the same way! River City Cookery is filled with trustworthy information about food (storage and nutrition info) and also contains several of our favourite tested recipes. The information is a lot like what I share here, but maybe a little more polished.
